United Creatures of the Sea

We are a labor union of restaurant professionals serving employees of the Sea Creatures family of restaurants, bars, cafes, and kitchens.

United Creatures of the Sea was conceptualized in December 2024 by Sea Creatures employees in response to sweeping policy changes announced by ownership.

The union represents the workers and their desire and commitment to improving terms and conditions to foster workplaces where their rights and interests are observed and respected.

Negotiations have been ongoing with Sea Creatures ownership since April. We hope to secure a contract to ensure the wages, benefits, working conditions, and stability that all workers deserve.
